Now add videos to your posts and comments

You can now add videos to your forum posts and comments. To use this new feature, take the embed code from a website such as YouTube or Vimeo, click on the Embed Media button in the TJ text editor toolbar and paste your embed code into the pop-up window, then click OK. You can type your comments above or below the video, which will be displayed once you save the post.

What is the TJ Forum?
The TJ Forum is a place for L&D professionals to share knowledge and opinions and to discuss any issues they feel affect their professional lives.

How do I post a thread/comment?
Once you are registered on the website and have logged in, click the 'Add new Forum topic' link and add the title and body of your topic. You can also choose which of the available Forums it appears in using hte dropdown list. When browsing a thread you can enter your comment in the 'Your comment' field to reply to a the original post or to any subsequent comment.

Why has my post been removed?
The Forum operates on some basic ground rules. No advertising, no self-advertising, no profanity and no defamatory statements are allowed and will be removed. When recommending a product or service please post a declaration of interest or your post will be removed for advertising.

What are the main reasons for posts being removed from the Forum?
By far the main reason for a post being removed from the Forum is when a recommendation is made with no declaration of interest. This is closely followed by responses from members recommending their own services or products - such replies should be kept off-forum by emailing the member who requested information directly. If a member has chosen to share their email clicking their name next to a comment will reveal their contact details.
